Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of service") carefully before register.



1. We are unable to provide the details of residence and contact of an online registered member to any other registered member without his/her consent.



2. Our job responsibility is to share the details of an online registerd member with other online registerd member.It depends on both the registered parties whether the like the details or not. We will not force both registered parties in this regard.



3. An online registered member can contact with us only at customer Care number +91-76819-00146 only on Wednesday and not at any other office number, We have the right to disconnect the registered member's Phone or not pick up the phone or even disconnect it without notice. This will be the authority of marriage bureau.



4. If an online registered member are not interested in profile we have submitted, then he/she will give us any valid reason so that we can send the next profile according to his/her profile and if the online registered member does not reply and giving no valid reason then we will not send another appropriate profile. And we will give personal numbers given by the online registered. If the online registered member contacts from any other number besides these two numbers, he/she will be unable to get any information.



5. The online registered member has to find out 'status' of his file by calling our customer care, Even if the registered member do not insure about the status of the first three Monday's after the date of registration of file, the Marriage Bureau reserves the right to cancel the file without informing the online registered member. In the case of no inquiry, the Marriage Bureau will consider that the marriage has been consummated by the registered member or by any other means or that the online registered member is not interested in finding a relationship. If the online registered member can wants information about the file. the online registered member can come on any working day(except Sunday) from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.



6. If an online registered member or his/her family member abuses any employee/counsellor of the Marriage Bureau in inappropriate Language or haste without giving proper time or opportunity to find a suitable match as per the profile of the online registered member, our Marriage Bureau cancel the life without informing.



7. The online registered member is advised to submit a photocopy of his degree, certificate, proof of work, proof of second marriage, copy of divorce certificate or in case of death of the spouse, a copy of the death certificate.



8. In case of any dispute between the online registered member and our marriage bureau, the jurisdiction of the Ludhiana court will be the only jurisdiction and the marriage bureau will not be bound to join the Lawsuit filled by any registered member outside the district Ludhiana.



9. NRI online registered members can leave their file status by texting to WhatsApp number and their reply will be send to their WhatsApp number.



Note:- Our online registered members will have 30 minutes to respond to Terms and Conditions No. 1-9 after registration. If he/she does not objection to these terms within those 30 minutes then it will be considered by the marriage bureau that the online registered member agrees to the Bureau's terms and conditions Name and relationship of the person taking on.
